Historia:
E mais uma vez a Tsuburaya inova. Em Ultraman Gaia temos dois ultras, que no início, lutam para prevalecer seus antagônicos valores. Gaia de um lado e Agul de outro. Batalha, que às vezes saíam faíscas, e eram muitas vezes mais aguardadas do que as aventuras de Gaia com os monstros. Mas é claro, que ao decorrer da série, devido as inúmeras reviravoltas, os dois lados foram cedendo, até ficarem amigos. Um outro diferencial que Gaia teve de suas séries anteriores, foi a equipe. Ao contrário, das outras equipes, o GUARD tem em sua tropa uma série de equipes, que dependendo das necessidades, desloca um grupo para o combate. Na série, temos Gamu, um garoto membro do Alchemy Stars que encontra Ultraman numa viagem de realidade virtual. Após esse encontro, Gamu recebe a luz Explender de Ultraman, que o possibilita transformar-se. No meio da série, já amigos, Agul transmite seus poderes a Gaia, que o habilita a de mudar de forma. Temos aí o Ultraman Gaia V2.Não se pode negar também a qualidade dos efeitos especiais da série. Os produtores tiveram o máximo de cuidado para retratar fielmente as cidades japonesas. Por isso, quem pôde reconhecer seu bairro na tela, pôde também, encontrar sua casa sendo pisada por Ultraman!
