Historia:
Eiji Hino é um homem sem sonhos, emprego ou família. Quando monstros chamados Greed acordam depois de um sono de 800 anos e começam a atacar humanos, alimentando-se de seus desejos, um Greed chamado Ankh entrega a Eiji um cinto com três medalhas, para que ele se torne o Kamen Rider OOO do título. Claro que nenhum Kamen Rider está completo sem a organização misteriosa com propósitos maleficos, e aí que entra a Fundação Kogami, que ajuda-o em sua batalha, mas mantem suas verdadeiras intenções em segredo. Quando Eiji luta pela primeira vez, ele começa a realizar o que significa "estar vivo".
